Bayside Breeze sits on Mission Bay right on the sand and steps from the water. It was a tired 2-bedroom 2 bath condo that we transformed into a beachside paradise. We ended up gutting the entire place on both levels and redesigned the entire footprint........

BEFORE
We transformed two levels of beachfront living into a modern posh beach aesthetic
AFTER
We took the bathroom, kitchen, decking and flooring to the studs which was not easy given it is a cantilever building over the water. We added all new cabinets, fixtures, flooring, tile, wall coverings, decking, stucco, deck glass, patio heating, firepits, closets etc.... The entire gambit...............
