Breathe Malibu was a very special project we undertook on Las Flores Beach in Malibu. This oceanfront condo sitting right over the water was something we completely rethought and redesigned. We added so much style and sophistication to this that whoever stays here will be transported into relaxation and instantly breathe........

BEFORE
This was the space before we transformed it. We transformed inside and out in a modern beach design with a Malibu flair
AFTER
We took the bathroom, kitchen, decking and flooring to the studs which was not easy given it is a cantilever building over the water. We added all new cabinets, fixtures, flooring, tile, wall coverings, decking, stucco, deck glass, patio heating, firepits, closets etc.... The entire gambit...............
